By using PicToon you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The service

PicToon transforms photos you provide using AI models. Results are generated automatically and vary; we cannot guarantee that a specific style will produce a specific outcome. An internet connection is required.

Your photos and your results

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You must have the right to use every photo you submit — your own pictures, or pictures you have permission to use. The images and videos you generate are yours to save, share, print and use commercially, subject to the rules below.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PicToon to:

• create images of a real person without their consent, in particular in a way that could damage them;
• present a generated image as a genuine photograph of an event that did not happen, in a context where that could mislead or harm someone;
• generate sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal, hateful or harassing;
• impersonate someone, or infringe a trademark or a copyright.

Prank styles exist to make friends laugh. Use them that way.

Subscriptions, credits and trials

PicToon is free to download and offers optional subscriptions and credit packs, purchased through your Apple account. Prices are displayed in the App Store and in the app before purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; a free trial converts into a paid subscription at the same deadline. Manage or cancel anything in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Where credits apply, they are consumed when you generate an image or a video, they have no cash value, and they cannot be transferred. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Availability

Styles, categories and pricing may change over time. Seasonal categories appear and move during their season. We may add, alter or retire a style.

Liability

PicToon is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the app or of the images it produces.
